Holiday Home Tour 2015: Christmas Kitchen

Holiday Home Hop 2015

I am thrilled to have teamed up with 20 other blogs for a Holiday Home Tour Blog Hop!  It's a fabulous list of homes that you will want to make sure to visit!  Thank you to Sharon from Pretty Practical Home for setting up such an amazing tour!

If you are new here, you may be interested in seeing how I DIY'ed my kitchen cabinets.  I am still over the moon about them and decided to share my Christmas kitchen with you as my tour today!  If you want a look back and peek at how the painted cabinet project began, you can see the full post projects HERE and HERE.

The kitchen is the heart of the home, so it is somewhere I actually see my decorations every day.  I love entertaining and we use our kitchen to the fullest during the holiday season.  Now that our kitchen cabinets are white, it is fun to add some color in for the season.  I can't wait to show you all that I've done.   My kitchen even has its own Christmas tree!

Lots of pictures to see today, so grab your favorite holiday drink and enjoy!!

Thanks for stopping by!

The seasonal decorations I added are a kitchen tree with cookie cutters and food ornaments, a holiday coffee station, and wine station.  Additional touches such as mitten salt and pepper shakers and a santa snow globe are added.  My vintage scale and 3-tier baskets are also given a few Christmas touches.

One of my favorite areas of our kitchen is our coffee mug rack.  I typically display my eclectic collection of all white mugs, but I changed them out to seasonal ones for the holiday.  So fun to start my day with a cheery mug!

I hope you were inspired to decorate your kitchen for the holidays as well!  Even a few little touches can make a big impact in a small space.

Thanks for stopping by!  Here is the line up other wonderful Holiday Homes for you to visit each day this week!

Enjoy!
